1998 Mk2 MX-5 with fantastic original specification!
On the outside, the car is very presentable in a fantastic metallic green and polishes up very nicely as can be seen in the pictures.
On the inside, it has the desirable tan leather seats as well as the optional extra Nardi leather steering wheel. The radio, heater and other electrical bits all work great still. The hood has just been replaced with a new (and expensive!) one with the correct heated rear glass window; much preferred to the awkwardness of the plastic window variants. It also had the chrome rollover bar and wind deflector fitted by the dealer by the first lady owner.
The car itself is fantastic to drive still, with its 1.8 still not missing a beat. It has had a new battery and accessory belts in the last few months, refurbished wheels with good tyres as well as having a full years MOT. The famously corrosion-prone mx-5 rear sills have been professionally replaced recently, leaving this a rust free car.
For sale on behalf of a relative so sold on a private sale basis.
